Cookie Policy
Nexara uses a small amount of browser storage to keep the service secure, remember your choices, and keep sessions working.
Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. Essential storage
Authentication and session mechanisms are essential to sign in, keep you signed in, protect requests, and support guest conversations. These may use cookies or browser storage and cannot be disabled while using those features.
2. Preferences
Nexara may store choices such as theme, model, interface preferences, and cookie-consent status in your browser, commonly through localStorage or sessionStorage. These are used to remember your settings and are not sold or used to build an advertising profile.
3. Analytics and optional cookies
Nexara does not currently require advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies to provide the core service. If optional analytics or similar technology is introduced, we will explain it here and ask for consent where required before enabling it.
4. Managing choices
You can clear browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing essential storage may sign you out or remove local preferences. You can revisit this policy or use the cookie preferences control when it is available to change optional choices.
5. Third parties
Embedded or linked third-party features may set their own storage when you choose to use them. Stripe, authentication, hosting, embedded document, and connected integration services may process their own cookies or storage under their policies—not this one. Review the provider’s information before connecting an external service.
6. Contact and changes
If you have a privacy question, use Nexara’s in-app support channel. We may update this policy when storage practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
